We have 1 (58 tonne) Tracked Cedarrapids 1313 impact crusher with self-contained 12 foot screen decks that allow the unit to operate in open or closed circuit to produce 2 products in closed circuit and 3 in open circuit. It is fully controlled by programmable electronics that regulate feed to the crusher and has onboard dust suppression and belt weighing. This is a high tonnage primary impactor that accepts large feed sizes and has high reduction ratios. Due to the high reduction ratio of the impactor a secondary crusher is not required even when crushing 1 metre wide feed down to 20mm aggregates in one pass. The radio remote control allows the excavator operator to control all functions of the crusher and screen including start-up and shutdown sequences.
The Cedarapids Cobratrack 1300 Impact Crusher (44 tonne) is a highly mobile HSI (Horizontal Shaft Impactor), remote controlled 3 bar rotor primary impactor that will easily deal with heavily reinforced concrete, rock and asphalt at high tonnages. It has onboard dust suppression, side discharge conveyor and cross belt magnet. It does not require any folding up for transport and can be walked off the float and be ready to crush in minutes.
The Extec C12 is one of the largest Tracked Jaws (47 tonne) on the Market that can be easily moved in one piece without being broken apart for transport. They also feature regulated feed to the crusher and belt weighing. Our units have hydraulic jaw adjustment, dust suppression and belt weighing. The radio remote also allows the excavator operator to control the crusher from inside his cabin.
